Core Responsibilities  

A. KPI Ownership & Reporting Infrastructure  

• Build, launch, and maintain the Champion, PC, and AI KPI Reels 
• Systematize performance tracking across all functions and fund strategies 
• Ensure high data hygiene and zero tolerance for reporting gaps 

B. BI & Data Integration  

• Implement dashboards and performance metrics in Power BI / Zoho Analytics 
• Maintain source-data pipelines with CRM, fund admin, accounting, and investor portal 
• Own monthly reconciliation and audit integrity 

C. System Administration & Controls  

• Manage role-based access across the tech stack 
• Maintain data governance standards 
• Ensure business units, advisors, and operators access clean, real-time data 

D. Tactical Load Absorption from Head of Technology

• Take ownership of execution tasks, system fixes, and vendor follow-ups 
• Ensure Head of Tech is no longer bogged down in in-the-weeds troubleshooting 
• Track progress in transferring operational workload
