Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

The essential functions of this position include:

• Creating, formatting, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence
• Filing documents in state and federal courts
• Opening new matters and running conflict checks
• Managing department-wide docketing, attorney calendars, and ensuring all litigation dates and deadlines are accurately calendared
• Processing invoices and attorney expenses

This is an entry-level position; we will provide training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a high level of initiative and follow-through, and the ability to work successfully in a variety of software programs. This position is hybrid: 1 day in office, 4 days remote.
