We’re hiring a Landscape Designer to support our high-performing design/build and enhancements division, led by our Construction Division Leader. You’ll produce client-ready proposals, layouts, and material packages for premium commercial and luxury residential projects. You’ll also help us raise the bar on visuals, communication, and execution with the help of tools like Structure Studios .
Produce layouts, material palettes, and plant packages in support of construction and enhancement proposals
Draft proposals and scopes in Aspire (we’ll train if needed)
Assist with job costing, estimating, and design visuals (Structure Studios preferred)
Maintain organized records in Aspire and keep CRM entries on track
Collaborate with Account Managers and Production to ensure smooth job handoffs
Participate in design reviews and prep materials for client presentations
1–3 years of experience in landscape design, estimating, or drafting
Strong visual communication and technical drawing skills
Detail-oriented and organized with a drive to grow into a client-facing role
Experience with Aspire, Structure Studios, or CRM platforms is a major plus
Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred, not required)
A collaborative mindset and passion for beautiful, buildable landscapes
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 depending on experience and software knowledge
